Fabienne Verdier is a French painter who works in France after years of studies in China. Upon returning to France, she did free herself from traditonal calligraphy and her painting process is a private performance. She executes her paintings using large paintbrushes made from horsehair, which are mounted from the ceiling in her studio and applied to a canvas on the floor.
