Ayn Gallery presents Amina Zoubir

Visual artist and videomaker, Amina Zoubir graduated a Master Theory and practice of contemporary art and new media from the University Paris 8 and a DESA Graphic design obtained in 2006 at the School of Fine Arts in Algiers. Her artworks had been exhib- ited at La Biennale Di Venezia, Algerian Pavilion (2019), and other Biennales at Cairo (2019), Dakar Biennale (2018)… Her installations, drawings, videos, sculptures, photographs, and art are textual and contextual interventions on materials: wax, wood, metals, and wall, reveal and deconstruct a behavioral allusion of the unconscious and the imagination of individuals, evolving in a predetermined space according to the sociocultural, ethnopsychical and political contexts.
