Where Once The Waters

‘Where Once the Waters’, created for the 59th Venice Biennale of Art, is an evolution of Cass’ creative responses to the issue of rising sea levels. The final exhibition is formed of two installation artworks, one wall of 365 sea paintings upon antique tins & boxes; one wall of letters, written to people around the world, explaining changes in sea levels at the coasts closest to their birthplaces.
